What We Did Today:
We read stories: Big Pig on a Dig, My X, Y, Z Box, and Zigby Hunts for Treasure
Our Bible Story (verse) was: 1 Timothy 6:13 Jesus gives us new life.
We sang songs: Our Spring Program and Twinkle Twinkle Little Star
We showed our creativity with: coloring pictures of xylophones for our ABC books, drawing x-rays, worked on following directions, talked about #3, and made music with xylophones
Our letter of the week: X
Our number of the week: 3
Our shape of the month: oval
Our color of the month: blue
We played outside
For snack time we had: puff corn, applesauce, and raisins
Quote of the Day: Mrs. Beth – “How did you know it was April, Brady? What tells you it’s April?” Brady – “My throat.”
We also: went on a treasure hunt (X marks the spot!) and found toys and candy! We also traced the letter X and talked about the X sound. We also practiced a fire drill.
We had a great day!!!
