What We Did Today:
We read stories: Don’t Let the Pigeon Drive the Bus and All My Little Ducklings
Our Bible Story (verse) was: The angel said to the women “Do not be afraid for I know that you are looking for Jesus who was crucified. He is not here. He has risen as He said.” Matthew 28:5-6
We sang songs: our Spring Program songs, It’s Friday, The Lord’s Been Good to Me, Open/Shut Them and The BIBLE
We showed our creativity with: colored the date on our April calendar, colored our “Rain/Rain” sheet following directions of what color to use, decorated with stickers and crayons our April worksheet and we trace the word APRIL
Our letter of the week: U
Our number of the week: 9
Our shape of the month: diamond
Our color of the month: purple/red/blue
We played outside
For snack time we had: wheat thins, cinnamon apple straws, raisins, and water
Quote of the Day:
We also: went to chapel, sang, prayed, and talked about Jesus and the Resurrection.
