What We Did Today:
We read stories: The Easter Story
Our Bible Story (verse) was: Keep your tongue from evil and your mouth from speaking lies Psalms 34:13
We sang songs: Hosanna, Amen, Open Shut Them, O The Lord’s Been Good to Me, and Bunny Pokey
We showed our creativity with: colored #26 green on our calendar, an Easter coloring sheet, decorated bags to put our Easter eggs in, and decorated an Easter egg
Our letter of the week: T
Our number of the week: 8
Our shape of the month: rectangle
Our color of the month: green/blue/yellow
We played inside and dropped bunnies in the right color bucket and carried jelly beans with a spoon and dropped them in the right color
For snack time we had: our Easter party – fellow, strawberries, cheese, juice, and jelly beans
Quote of the Day: Mason talking about the plastic eggs “Can we eat our egg yet?”
We also: had chapel – talked about the Easter story and had we had an Easter egg hunt
We had a great day!!!
