We read stories: No Place Like Space, My “O” Sound Box, A Visit to China
We practiced these skills: writing letters, counting 1 – 10 on a dot to dot sheet, gluing, table manners, following instructions.
We showed our creativity with: coloring a picture of a monkey for China’s “year of the monkey.”
For snack time we had oranges, pretzels, and oreos because they start with “o.”
We also worked on our gross motor skills by doing an obstacle course and went to enrichment.
We had a great day!
