What We Did Today – November 17, 2015

Our letter of the week is Kk.

Our number of the week is 10.

Our color of the month is brown.

Our shape of the month is a triangle.

Our Bible Verse is: Children, obey your parents in the Lord, for this is right. Ephesians 6:1

We read stories: The Best Thanksgiving

We sang: calendar songs, Thanksgiving songs, Goodbye song, and songs for our Christmas program.

We practiced these skills: tracing, sign language, and sharpened our fine motor skills by tearing paper into tiny pieces and sorting it by color.

We showed our creativity with building train tracks and pretending to wash hot wheels.

For snack time we had wheat thins and raisins.

We also learned the five finger prayer that helps us to remember what and for whom to pray.

Don’t forget McDonald’s Night tonight and our Thanks and Giving feast next Monday.
